Anyone seen the news about the sentencing of the liverpool drug gang caught with an sa80 and over 1000 rounds of ammo !! Apparently they hadn't used it but the implications if they had are chilling !!

Perhaps it was an early model - and they could not get it to work!

Ah but was it REAL....airgun pellets are AMMO nowadays.

Of course it was probably real, more proof that our sad gun laws really do make a difference...to the law abiding shooter that is.

I see Guns and Ammo magazine had a wee dig at our loopy gun laws this month in connection with the riots.

However, I wouldn't worry, if he didn't have its wind-up key he wouldn't of been able to use it.

Apparently the rifle was stolen from a barracks in Wiltshire ...

There were 4 LSW's stolen about 5 years ago, i wonder if it was one of those?? Not exactly something you can stuff in your trackie bottoms mind! :lol:
