I was interested myself and called Gary Eliseo in the USA but he won't ship to individuals as its 'too much hassle' ... and probably too much cost & documentation.
I think that Dave Wylde of Valkyrie rifles also had problems ...not sure if ever resolved.

This whole USA thing is interesting as I emailed McMillan earlier this week about their stocks and got a reply back advising that they will ship to private individuals in the UK with just the postage and packing added at their end. I know there will be customs charges and VAT but their A5 stock in basic form is under $500 whereas Jackson Rifles want over £700 for one!
If it is not restricted then why not use a US Shipping address such as BundleBox or SHip2me?

Ovenpaa;
X-Treme Shooting Prducts (Tom Myers)
http://www.x-tremeshooting.com/
is dealing the exports for Gary who dooes not want to bother on exports.
Finished stocks are definitely ITAR and each export, even for a single part, need a USD 260 licence and the US exporter has to be (costly) licensed as well.
A semi-finsihed stock might have a dfferent status, I do not know, but a ready to use one is a gun part....
If for the INCH, Action Clear have normally them in stock I saw them there 2 weeks ago and there is an other shipment on the way..They may also have them for other actions, but I am not sure?

Thanks Robert,
I have PM'd Chris Q to see if he can supply one with an action to suit and look forward to hearing his thoughts on it.
I had forgotten about Tom Myers so I can speak to him as well.

Looks like Chris can get an Eliseo shipped over when they are next in stock which is a good start, I have not heard back from Tom yet. It also would appear the action I am after is in stock in France....Hmmm..... things are coming together slowly :)

Mike, I am certainly talking to people about an INCH right now. Christel has raved about them for years and now seems as good a time as any.
