My .22Lr Sako weighs in at 4.7 Kg is this one of the criteria as in full scale F-class to have a set up below a certain weight?

There is no weight restriction for the Unrestricted comp, so you could use your rifle

If you wanted to shoot Light Weight Sport then you'd be over weight,

Am planning on having some modifications done to the Finnfire, so we'll see what it weighs in at after those, I'd be keen to give Light Sporting Rifle a try too... especially if I knew more about it!

For "Unrestricted Class" what is a typical course of fire, range etc for a competition?

It's a pity .17 ammunition isn't allowed, admittedly there isn't much in the way of FMJ for .17.

Out to 100m the 17HM2 (not 17HMR!) would be my choice if it was allowed and available as a target load.
