I keep looking at this and thinking wow... Sporting Services have it up for sale at the moment, pity it is single shot...

I let an AI Cooper Match slip by a couple of years ago. It belonged to a club member and I shot it a few times. Really fancied it, but, the guy wanted a fair price, but more than I could stretch to. In the end, I bought an RPA which I found at a bargain price. Turns out the AI then went for less money than I paid for the RPA!!!! C'est la vie!

Even so, I wouldn't turn my nose up at an AI "Target rifle". Single shot wouldn't bother me either. It may even have advantages for the type of kit it is.
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!

It's a nice rifle - looks like a 300 yrd match rifle, but according to the site it's got a 1/12 twist, so ok out to 1000...but without an adjustable cheek piece and front sight, is not ideal for TR.

There is also a 'Cooper' on the site for just a few hundred quid more....
