1/2x28 Barrel 'extension'

Hello all,
Just wondering if anyone is aware of a UK based company that could supply me with a small 1/2x28 male, 1/2x28 female barrel 'extension'. These are commonly available as thread adapters, usually in 1/2x28 to 1/2x20 or vice versa and other threads, example;
https://www.ant-supplies.uk/barrel-muzz ... pters.html
Unfortunately I can't find anywhere in the UK that sells the version I want, which I need to provide clearance between a handguard and sound moderator. Obviously a decent machining shop could make one but as a one off it would be prohibitively expensive for something that shouldn't be more than £15-30 depending on the material used. Its just for a .22lr rifle so no need for people to get excited about the pressure etc 'issues'.
I have contemplated ordering both of the thread adaptors to do the job but it would look terrible and likely require me to semi-permanently attach them to prevent them backing off from each other.
I've emailed Wildcat Modertors, Viking Arms and Valkyrie Arms and I'm awaiting a reply.
In the meantime, has anyone got any ideas?
