Win for everyone; should free up time for FLDs to be working on renewals etc, will increase ease of acquiring them, they can then be sold in more locations (e.g. Non-fac airgun only shops), and more companies can manufacture them which should lead to greater selection and cheaper prices, happy days!

Just be careful on Q3 - don't want a data point that can be used to make moderators compulsory.

And let's hope it removes flash hiders too. They are meant to be handled exactly the same as moderators according to the law.
Remove them at the same time and it'll hopefully stop further confusion - my FLD don't know how to handle them from a licensing point of view. Only 3 have been recorded on the database and 2 have since been 'disposed off'.

I thought that it was perhaps just me that thought that they had failed to consider flash hiders, obviously not.
