Filmed at the Big Sandy Shoot in Arizona.

When I was there they had a mini gun you could fire:
Rounds 100
Cost: $100
Time on gun: ONE SECOND!
The wee lights you see in the evening session are drone targetss they fly up and down the gully...

Yeah, that's the joys of living in a free country - they even had quad brownings from aircraft set up there!
It's an awesome day and evening out. Wish I'd taken the video cam - I was told they were not allowed, WRONG!!!!!!!!
At night all those tracers from a variety of machine guns are amazing....

Doubt civvies would be allowed belt fed anything, especially at a rate of what 6000rpm??

It was organised by the Vickers MG Collection & Research Association.
They are a not for profit limited company run by volunteers, so yes they are Civvies.
16 vickers is about 8,000 rounds per minute.
