Wondering what you are using for your rear shooting rest bags?
I want to start using one for better support and accuracy.
Thanks

Depends which discipline you are shooting, I have difference bags dependant upon the competition.
Edgewood or a SEB if using my SEB Neo (benchrest), or a soft leather or fabric beanbag type for other comps.

If I used one at all it was a ballistic nylon squeeze bag and I got my longest distance Rabbit using this.

To be honest - if you are not shooting in serious competition with a suitable 'bag-riding' butt-stock then I would agree with Ovenpaa - a squashy bag-bag is plenty good enough.

Squashy bag sounds good. So many on the market to choose from.

Mine is sausage shaped, 3.5" diameter x 6.5" long, and has a velcro opening along the long axis and a carry strap. I think people make the mistake of over filling them and the clue is in the name 'Squeeze bag' Also, I used poly balls so light enough to stuff in a coat pocket, rifle over your shoulders and ammunition and range finder in the other pocket.

I've been using fillable sandbags I bought off eBay. They come in pairs - joined by straps. They go for about a tenner. I cut the straps for more versatile usage.
