Gun plumber that can reline old barrels ?

Hi there, just wondered if there is an outfit in the UK that can reline a barrel if possible please ?
I have a worn old gun on ticket that I'd like to look in to restoring.

There used to be a gunsmith Colchester way.
I cant remember his name but he had a long waiting list

I think this is (or was) arms restoration. Looks like dissolved in 2017

A chap at my club has a rook rifle. I asked to look at it and looked up the bore and said to him that it looked like new. He said it was new. The rifle had been previously bored out to .410 and he had the barrel lined back to the original .360 No.5. I don't know who did it for him, but it was a little while ago.
