Thankfully a good new story. I applied for a variation for 2 new guns online on Friday the 28th of Jan. I posted my FAC in on Wednesday the 1st (I held on to it as I needed ammo) and it was signed for on Thursday the 2nd. I received my new FAC in the post on Monday the 6th.
So all in all they received everything from me and posted out my new FAC in 1 day. Can't argue with that service.

I've had good service from Sussex, with quick returns with renewal and variations for the last 5-6 years. Before that, a bit so-so.
