Sorry posted and then was unable to edit.
When I went into hospital for a "Bladder neck incision" I was looked after by a Filipino care assistant who couldn't speak a word of English. When my catheter became blocked and i was unable to pee I tried to tell her but she just stood there like a rabbit in the headlights and had to run off and find a nurse to come and see what was wrong.
The nurses were absolutely p*** off with this because it was actually making MORE work for them and was not assisting them in any way whatsoever.
And the hospital was full of them.
Like I said, pay peanuts and you get monkeys.
