Cheers Vince, I wasn't sure as they don't produce a .223 rifle.

I know of at least one UK Gunsmith that is using ZPV barrels. https://www.zpvpro.com/en/barrel-blanks
Apparently there is a UK company making barrels. Pendragon all though I have failed to find any info on the Company online but I am assured that they are manufacturing barrel blanks in the UK.

According to information posted on another shooting site there has been a buyout of the barrel making side of the Sassen business by some of the previous staff and they are now back in production under the Phoenix name in the same location with the same machinery. I wish them well.
