I like to be different so I bought a Steel Core Cyclone LSR:

With a March scope it's a fantastic rifle at 1,000 yards.

Are they UK made? The address is about 5 miles from me.

Just did some reading, looks like its some of the old RPA lot from Tonbridge.

Yes I bought mine from the factory some years ago (they gave me a tour too). You may have to go through a distributor these days.

I think you're right about the RPA connection.

I have 4 AIs, they range from .338LM, .300win mag, .308win and 6.5CM, all I can say I cannot get enough of them, my next possible purchase is to be .50BMG which will complete the collection. My 1st purchase was the early AW in .308/7.62 is now nearly 30 years old and still going strong.
I'd say go for it!
