As their is an active proposal to strike off it usually means they haven’t complied with some form of company law, in this case it looks like accounts haven’t been filed. Check the insolvency register and see if they are listed there.

Klarneins in Pickering is a coffee shop, although it used to be a bank. Probably not got much to do with NOBS!

Very much something to do with NOBS.

"27 Jul 2021 Registered office address changed from The Office, Hall Farm Debach Road Boulge Woodbridge Suffolk IP13 6BS to Klarneins 6 Market Place Pickering North Yorkshire YO18 7AA on 27 July 2021"

NOBS are in the process of being struck off.

Ba$7@rds sent me a renewal notice and then took £25 out of my account. Surely this must be fraud.

Well, if they submit their accounts etc as soon as then the struck off process will be stopped.
