Went to Jersey for a holiday last month. I had arranged to shoot at a couple of pistol clubs as a guest inc Jersey Pistol Club where I managed 90/100 at 13m on a .22 small bore pistol. Also shot clay at Crabbe on the day I left and managed 35/50 to get the guest high gun.

Were about in jersey did you go this sounds interesting.

I shot Clay at Crabbe and pistol at Jersey Pistol Club also in Crabbe and St John pistol club who have an indoor range in St John. 29 shooting clubs on Jersey and a lovely 1000 yard range at the back of the race course. All clubs welcome visitors to shoot by prior arrangement. Everyone really friendly. I shot with borrowed club kit. Stayed at La Place hotel, £350 for 4 nights B and B inc BA flights from `Heathrow. Hotel was fab.
