Marlin 1894

I have a Marlin 1894 CS and the firing pin has broken. I've fitted a replacement one piece - no problem.

Do I replace the spring that pushed the rear section of two piece pin down or leave the pin to free float?

Hope that makes sense!

Thank you.

1-Piece Stainless Steel Firing Pin for all Marlin 1894’s.

These firing pins are much stronger, and last longer than standard two piece pins, and can lighten the lever as the firing pins do not need to be pushed together.

Available in Stainless Steel.

Please note – these pins only require 1x retaining pin, and do not require the firing pin spring.

Redcat,

I was so excited to see the pin advertised here in UK I didn't read the 'blurb' :o :o

I bought from Rimfire and very prompt delivery - by return.

Lesson - read the bl***y adverts!!

Thank you
