:flag13:

Hi I've just started going to my local hole punching club with my outlaw (father in law)
I'm bewildered by the many 22lr rifle available on Gun Porn. I know a fair amount about shotguns but some of the rifle/ target terminology I've had to Google a few times and look at a few YouTube videos.
The club has been really helpful and is lending me a Anschutz with iron sights and jacket although we've not setup the jacket yet just spent a session getting the sights sorted.
I shot a card for the first time with 3 10 shots. So I'm happy with that.

Welcome and well done Haggis. I would think a lot of us will relate to getting to grips with prone .22 with aperture sight/sling shooting. A bit like an apprenticeship really, really great way to learn the basics that will serve you well what ever direction your shooting takes you.
