Plastic target marker

A while ago I found a plastic target marker, it has different diameter stems for 7,62 and 5,56 and is all but impossible to dislodge in windy conditions, a 100 times better than the standard hair pin and cardboard type markers. Sadly it is now rather the worse for wear. Does anyone know where I can buy replacements from?

Trick would be to keep the plastic stem and add new cardboard?

The stem is moulded into the disk and is starting to get a bit fragile in that area, it has been so good I am tempted to try and repair it with a hot screwdriver to melt the plastic together. It really is that good!

If my eyes serve me correctly there is text embossed around the stem, any useful info there?

Leave it with me, I may have a lead!

It says Ivor Macleod Training Systems - They appear to be a Canadian company but without a website or any other information.
