A virus that virulent would be less of a problem than the current Covid virus which might a little strange to say. A virus that quickly kills its host tends to burn itself out and because host dies shortly after being infected the virus doesn't have the time to mutate. The initial death rate would be comparable to the early months of the current outbreak but you wouldn't infected persons with no or very mild symptoms circulating in the general population infecting others. Outside of science fiction a virus doesn't remain viable for long free floating in the air so hands, face, space would still be a good strategy together with circuit lockdown.

From the health services point of view get infected and die quickly means you are not consuming valuable resources, spending weeks or months in intensive care etc and then dying
