I just received one of these from Tunnel ranges for one of my customers.
It is a dedicated new build of very good quality made in Germany. All in all a very nice weapon apart from the stupid wire extension to the butt.
Purveyor of fine cast boolits.
All round good guy and VERY grumpy old man.

they are poping up on the gallery rifle circut,as i suppose a replacement for the buckmark, the buckmarks can have their barrells changed for other makes and as such have had some spectacular results.

the gsg from most of the folk ive chatted too. have found them to be of limited accuracy .

It's made by a German Company for Tunnel. Not an exact copy but many of the 1911 A1 replacement parts will fit (I'd recommend an extended slide release).
I can't remember the name of the German company - 3 letters in the name.
I fancy one myself.

Yep, GSG.

Heather on here has one I think?

Heather and her Husband both have one I think, Heather seems to like hers and I had a good look at them earlier this year at Newark and they were rather nice. I have not shot one yet.

Bnz and I have one. Only used it a couple of times but it was good. Bnz has gone to Bisley this morning but I am sure he will post something later.

Yep they are made by GSG.

Some people have scoffed at this because GSG made the "jump" from manufacturing airsoft to firearms. They are wrong. I have a GSG5 and really like it. Well made and reliable. GSG have been on a very steep learning curve and they are doing well.

Google the GSG 1911-22 and you will see that the "base" pistol is getting an excellent reputation, particularly in the US, where it's being bought not only as a plinker, but as a training aid for those that carry Govt model .45s. Just don't get hung up on the US price!!!
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!
