SO65 is a considerably slower burning powder than Explosia suggests in its loading booklet (whose burn rate chart puts it on the same line as Hodgdon VarGet). It's well suited to the mid size 6.5s and sevens. I use it in 7mm-08 with the 150gn Lapua Scenar L as a modest performance short-range load in an F-Open rifle. It gives outstanding consistency.
Explosia's data are all geared to 'traditional' European sporting cartridges as you've no doubt noticed. No 260 Rem, 6.5 Creedmoor or anything half as modern as that. The place to look is Shooters World website, a US company that imports and distributes Explosia/Lovex powders under its own names and is working up loads data for the cartridges that interest American shooters. In this case, SO65 has been renamed SW 'Long Rifle'.

and click on the US/SAAMI download data-set
https://shootersworldpowder.com/wp-cont ... manual.pdf
............ and scroll down to page 40 where you'll find 6.5mm Creedmoor.
For 100/120gn bullets, I'd reckon SO65 / Long Rifle will work, but the faster burning SO62 (renamed SW 'Precision Rifle' by Shooters World) will be a better match. There is data for a 123gn bullet in the previous table for Precision Rifle / SO62.
For anyone contemplating using Lovex powders, the Shooters World website is an invaluable loads data source. Not all of the Lovex grades we have are included, but the most useful ones are.

I notice that Shooters World list S065 in the same rate as RE17 & N150
Would you say that that’s about right ??

Yes, pretty well ........... insofar as burning rate charts are often very misleading and their information is only useful in giving a very broad outline of possible applications.
