Wouldn't have thought so - melting point of lead is 300 odd C, Silver is around 1,000 C. A couple of MAP gas torches might do the trick.

Sterling is just under 900 degrees and I’ve done it with a single map torch - took about 3 - 4 mins to turn a small crucible full of sterling into melty goodness. Used it for Delft clay casting - good fun.
