If you look up "Hunting" on E Bay, you will find lots of people trying to sell empty cardboard boxes such as these---even 22LR boxes!
I don't know if they ever succeed in selling any, but it might be worth a try.

I've sold empty Russian 7.62x39 20 round plain cardboard boxes on Ebay.There's also people that sell fired Russian steel cases as well!.
It's amazing what people will buy!.
