To cut a long story short I am trying to set a brake at 3 and 9 but it wants to lock up at 12 and 6.
Its a second hand rifle and it looks like die has gone a few thou too far.

Whats the best solution? Washers? Seems a bit agricultural but I cant think of any other way?

I used split washers on mine when I timed the brake on my Aug - they were provided with the brake from Valkyrie Rifles. However, the brake on the AI doesn't need washers.
