I see he's letting in over 300K Immigrants and putting most of them in Hotels.

Been in Winnipeg for a week, crossed from North Dakota, looks a brilliant place. Had a problem getting back into USA though, Border people wouldn't let me in, I said "Does that mean I can keep this nice Car Rental" They reluctantly let me back in but charged me $7.00.
