Anything in 6.5mm should be fine. I was going to offer to check when I got home but thinking about it I do not use a PH on my 6.5.

thanks for that, it doesnt have to be the PH one, i have had a look at my cleaning rod and its the long yellow one and has a male screw thread, so really looking for a brush/mop with female screw thread if that makes senseto all,
i did phone him but he couldnt give me a similar size as 6.5x55 or even 6.5 as it meant nothing to him, he mainly deals shotgun, air rifle and basic hunting rifles, anything military then im wasteing my time going there

A .260 brush and jag will do the trick and might mean more to him.

Still having trouble finding .270 mop/jag/brush, it has to have the female threaded screw

you can get a small adapter from PH to non PH - it is a brass thing and costs around a quid, get two or you will loose on immediately.
I seem to remember .270 is a bit big for 6.5
