That will depend on the alloy, mould temperature, alloy temperature, casting technique and the mould.
Lee say their tolerance is up to 3 thou over nominal diameter, as Lee have no quality control whatsoever then assuming the mould works then the only way you will know what your mould casts with your alloy and casting technique is to use it and measure the outcome.
Other people with the "same" mould can only tell you what their mould drops with their alloy and technique, you are really comparing apples and oranges.
Generally Lee moulds are noted for dropping under their stated diameter, but I have Lee moulds that also drop well over their stated diameter and tolerance, with my alloys and casting techniques.

I have the 185 mould and I am pleased to report that it drops at .315", perfect for my .3145" Mosin. I've found Lee moulds, I have about 11 at the moment, cast dead on the stated size which can be a problem when you just need that extra thou', but a few minutes with valve grinding paste is all it takes to sort that problem.

Or you could just beagle the mold that would do it.

See here for the fonts of cast bullet knowledge.
I would beagle rather than lap as lapping tends to round out the edges.
Personally I would buy a mould that is the right size and guaranteed to drop to specification.
