Forum rules
Posting of negative comments in the Gunshop section could bring unwanted criticism on the forum, having said that it is important to let members know if dealings with a Gunshop were less than ideal for you. To that end we will allow what will be known as the 'Scotsgun Ruling'

The Scotsgun Ruling:

>Add Gun Shop here<

"As I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further."

Beyond that please take it up with the Gunshop, if you do resolve the issue in a agreeable manner let us know!

This rule applies to the entire forum.

Contacting EFD, The Enfield Specialists

#1 Post by Dunc »

I've been trying to contact the above company. Geoffrey Organ's phone has been saying 'it has not been possible to connect your call' for a few weeks and an email is unanswered.

I've a mate from outside the country coming in Nov wanting to buy a SMLE Mk3 and these guys would have been my first port of call.

1) Does anyone know if they're still trading or how I can contact them?

2) Secondly, any other recommendations as to where I could go to get a good to excellent condition SMLE Mk3? Preferably in the South East or 90 mins from Heathrow.

Thanks in advance.

Geoffrey Organ died in January. I don't know what the present trading status of EFD is.

Pretty sure I read somewhere that they are no longer trading.......and that why I deleted the website from my RFD listing.

As for alternatives in the south east, try....

You could give Chris Goodwin at C&G a look.
