Has anyone used one of these?
The tunnel at charmouth are selling them, supposedly superior to the S&W 15/22

cant find any uk refrence
people love the S&W but i didnt i tried a lot of these and went for a CMMG as i prefered the feel of it and the idea of getting a 223 upper at a later date .
I tried the S&W too light and not able to take a different upper ,Ruger SR22 ,not changable , Anshutz (cant remember ) nope Sig very nearly bought one if i had just wanted it in 22 it would be in the cabinet ,Bremmer (s/h) okay but didnt feel right ,Couldnt find a spikes to try ,Held some of Bradley Arms liked them and takes a 223 top ,CMMG liked and takes a 223 top .
Thats my thoughts .

They are very interesting rifles. Full metal ar15 compatible rifles with ruger 10/22 barrel comparability. Best of both worlds is the idea, the first shipment comes in in the next few weeks.

From the Kriss website : The DEFIANCE® DMK22C is available in Black with an MSRP of $699.00. Cerakote® color options for the DMK22C are available in Flat Dark Earth and OD Green for an MSRP of $799.00. The DEFIANCE® DMK22 LVOA is available in Black for an MSRP of $799.00. All models of the DEFIANCE® DMK22 include a 15 rounds capacity DEFIANCE® magazine, 10 rounds magazines are also available for capacity restricted markets.
I think Shield are supposed to be the UK Distributor for Kriss .

Well it gives anyone the chance to compare like for like in the USA which could kind of be compared to whats available in UK

At circa £800 its not a massive mark up including shipping / tax's / effort
Its fairly in line with the 15/22 price wise, hopefully can try one next time I'm at the tunnel

Shield are getting them in in the next few weeks. They’ve had test models and were impressed.
I’m off to a retailer in London soon so try out some of my aftermarket bits and bobs I’m one, see just how compatible they are.

Great idea with Ruger 10/22 barrel compatibility, however, they won't feed to a bentz chamber, so you can't fit a match grade VQ barrel or similar.
Only 10 &15 round mags operate the hold open.
The hold open doesn't work with STANAG mags, so you can't fit a .223 upper.
So you'll have a metal AR with the accuracy of the cheapest 10/22. Pass.
