Me thinks I know where you might be heading to get that
I had to wait 6 months for my Uberti 1873 Competition.....well worth the wait though

An underlever rifle -
any underlever rifle - in .357 Magnum has to be one of the most enjoyable rifles ever made. If it happens to be a Uberti, too, then that's even better.

Yes can't wait, I've got a fair way to go to the good old county of Wiltshire but it will be worth it!
And Alpha they are just lovely looking rifles with a great finish.

Well until very recently, they were the only game in town if you wanted a 1873 (other than an original) but apart from that fact, they have nice fit and finish, shoot well, and slicked up with a short stroke kit, there are very fast

I hope it lives up to your expectations. Enjoy. I have only ever owned Winchesters.

I'm a Marlin man myself as I shoot in comps.

I spent the other evening on the range with a Marlin owner he can not get it to shoot for rocking horse poo. He has spent a age trying to get to the bottom of light strikes and spent a lot of money trying to sort it to no avail. My current Winchester just works.
It will cycle as fast as you can work the lever flawlessly.
