Which .223 bolt action?

I am considering my next purchase (present to my self :) ) and I am unsure which .223 bolt action to purchase?

1) Remington 700 semi custom (probably a http://www.valkyrierifles.net/ semi custom action with a MST LSS chassis http://www.blackrifle.co.uk/MDT-LSS-Cha ... dt-lss.htm (I have just bought an MDT LSS-22 for my Ruger American .22LR and it is a fantastic bit of kit)

2) Ruger Precision http://www.gunstar.co.uk/ruger-precisio ... les/908237 (noting that I already have a Ruger PR in 6.5CM)

3) what else would you recommend

Purpose will be general target shooting and the occasional McQueens competition (as a change to the AI AT and Ruger PR).

See if you can find a decent Tikka M595........one of the sweetest factory actions going.

I got rid of my Sako Quad (first replaced under warranty, second rusted) and unfortunately I would not have another Sako.

But thanks for the reply.

I did think about that (may have held one at the Northern Shooting Show), however, from http://cdn1.tikka.fi/sites/default/file ... ations.pdf couldn't see .223 and aren't the magazines expensive?

I've got a Savage Model 10, not sure you can buy them new anymore. Utterly outstanding

I've been very pleased with my SGC Speedmaster - second hand to me, shoots very well, and never had to have a single thing repaired on it and I've put thousands of round through with zero issues.
