Recently I bought a job lot of reloading kit and it it were the two objects below.

The upper one is just stamped RCBS, no idea what it is

The lower is stamped RCBS Lachmiller. The RCBS only says "This conversion kit allows a reloader who uses the Lachmiller primer tool to accommodate RCBS® shell holders." Cant find any current reference on Lachmiller.

Happy to pass these on the anyone who can use them

The hook thingy is, I believe, a Berdan primer remover.

Bit of a faff and I wonder how often the case neck is deformed but it's clever.
I can't think of anywhere local where i could buy Berdan primers though.

I've got one but the problem with them is that the claw pin that penetrates the primer often breaks and spares come from the US!

You can convert Berdan cases to Boxer if you can be bothered or its something rare enough.

What an outstanding piece of kit! These little finds of tools long gone, always amaze me!
