can anyone tell me how to get : The Full bore UK : logo onto my laptop, I have created a shortcut but want to easily identified it ..on windows 10

Open up this link in a new tab:

right click image and save as to wherever you wish. Use the below guide to convert that image into an icon file. Note: the icon file is usually square, so the Fullbore UK logo above would either need the edges cropped or the top and bottom would need to be increased.
