Going to be reloading for lever release later in the year when the warranty has run out.Planning on using 124gr fmj as the factory 124gr shoots just fine.So what are people's favorite powders for 9mm,gonna be at the phoenix so will take the chance to stock up.
Cheers.

i like true blue, picked up some hp38 but not tried it yet. red dot was ok.
this was for fmj and plated 124gr bullets.
I found I was spending too much time reloading 9mm, for £90 a thousand for bullets, plus powder and primers plus a few hours, it was simpler to buy factory at £200 a thousand

Was planning on using factory ammo probably a couple of thousand a year, when I bought the gun factory ammo was about £220 a thousand, the last stuff I got was £290 a thousand and ppu 9mm is £31:40 per hundred.
Now having shot it I'd think it's likely I would like to put more than a couple of thousand a year through it so I would like to make it affordable.

Lever release is that another way of describing an underlever or is it some thing different.

I googled it its one of them black thingys. Expensive black thingys. I prefer the Armalon jobby my self.
I have only ever re loaded 9mm for hand guns so can not help you I'm afraid. The last 9mm I shot with hand loads was a 9mm Luger pistol.

I've been getting really nice groups with the following:
123gr LOS copper plated bullets and 4.0 gr HP38

I have for the most part been using Viht N320 with the LOS heads, both 123 and 146gn.
Played around with .46 and .57 on the LEE Pro 1000 set up, both loads worked out just fine.
I settled on the .57 and 123gn heads as my general plink loads.
No issues so far,
Rob
