SMLE Target Sights?

Hello, Chaps and Chapettes.
May one ask: is there such a beast as adjustable target sights for the SMLE rifle? Now, when I ask this I am not enquiring whether there was an SMLE with adjustable sights as-issued (I believe that was the MkI and/or MkII), but rather, is there an adjustable sighting system that can be swapped out with the standard sights on an SMLE MkIII?
I have seen factory builds where SMLEs are given Parker Hale-style sights, those which are mounted at the rear of the rifle body, but is there a system that replaces the standard battle sight mounted on the fore end?
Many thanks.

Additional: it occurs to me that one could simply buy a spare adjustable rear sight for an SMLE MkI/II and fit it to my MkIII.
1) Does anyone know if these sights are even available? If they are I assume they'd be over £100.00, because what isn't?
2) Would it be compatible with a MkIII?

Most target shooters with the SMLE will mount the rear sight as far away from the foresight as possible - that was one of the issues with the SMLE. I'm not sure you could use an aperture type sight with it being so far away from your eye? I've never seen such a thing anyhow.
Parker Hale P5A is the way ahead but be prepared to spend around £300.

I use rear aperture sights which attach to a plate screwed to the wrist and safety and the sight attaches with a thumb screw. The plate is a straight fit so no modifications needed. My sights are 'Central' and were made in Australia. The same sight fits to the No4 with the use of a different plate.

I want to do the same, but just haven't got round to it yet...

Or there's a "no gunsmithing" scope option -

Apologies, I should've been clearer. I was thinking windage adjustable, not necessarily an aperture sight.
Ah, so there's a "drop-on" PH sight is there? Interesting. How much? Friggin' Heck.

You can tap the foresight with a hammer or use the foresight adjustment tool (be careful it might be pinned) and then as bradaz11 says there's a windage rear sight for the SMLE. C&G sold and fitted one for me, but you could easily do it yourself.

Oh indeed. I am used to tapping the foresight with a punch and mallet. Alas, it's not exactly practical.
I may have to check out this C&G.
