Reloading powder limits

Can anyone advise me as to how much powder an individual hold and if possiable a link to the appropriate legislation.

Shooter’s powder 7(2)(a)(i) Up to 10 kg Indefinite
Shooters powder, or 7(2)(a)(ii) 5 kg in total Indefinite
any hazard type 3 or

combination of hazard type
3 or 4 explosives, or desensitised
explosives, which are not relevant
explosives; or
a combination of shooters’ powder
and any hazard type 3 or 4 explosives,

why can you have 10kg of shooters powder, but then if you have a combo of shooters pwder and blackpowder, you can only have a total of 5kg? so if I ask to have my BP staorage taken away, i get another 5kg of shooters powder?

Well I thought it was 15kgs of shooters powder (ie NOT black powder) on any one premises..........

I thought it was now 15kgs however that includes loaded ammunition and primers as well.

Yes it's 15Kg of nitrocellulose but the wording still hasn't been corrected since they lumped all "shooters powders" together, same as it still says "shooters powders" should all be stored in a wooden box :(

The shooter's powder includes both smokeless and blackpowder
“shooters’ powder” means —
(a) black powder,
(b) smokeless powder which is manufactured for use in small arms, or
(c) any other substance or preparation based on potassium nitrate or nitro cellulose, whether
in powder, pelletised or granular form, used, or to be used, as a propellant;
The paragraph about quantities I think effectively says you can have 15kg shooters powder (2(a)(i) plus 2(a)(ii)) and 15kg ammunition and primers (2(a)(iii)).
7.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), no person may store explosives unless that person holds a
licence for their storage and complies with the conditions of that licence.
(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to—
(a) the storage of one or more of the following—
(i) no more than 10 kilograms of shooters’ powder;
(ii) no more than 5 kilograms of—
(aa) shooters’ powder; or
(bb) any hazard type 3 or 4 explosive, or desensitised explosive, which is not a
relevant explosive, or a combination of hazard type 3 or 4 explosives, or
desensitised explosives, which are not relevant explosives; or
(cc) a combination of shooters’ powder and any hazard type 3 or 4 explosives, or
desensitised explosives, which are not relevant explosives;
(iii) no more than 15 kilograms of percussion caps or small arms ammunition or a
mixture of them;
