Cast Lead Shot to Slug

I have a couple of bags of pure lead shot that I never got round to using and rather than reload shot shells I've decided it would make more sense to melt the lead down and cast slugs.
Does anyone know if I need to add anything to the pure lead and harden it to cast a slug?

If it is pure and has no arsenic in it then a smidgeon of tin, lead free solder, is fine. This is just to help fill out, you will also need to cast HOT and make sure the mould and sprue plate are HOT also.
Arsenic hardens the alloy, when I was using slug I liked them soft.

Thanks for the tip Dromia.
