Thanks. I found a thread on here that said Anglo manufactured 40 of them and a post on another forum from Gavin, where he said he might make up to 100 L1A1's. Thinking about it, I seem to recall Suffolk Rifles started making L1A1's quite early on in my shooting career. I guess it must have been about 2012, as my first renewal's due in about 16 months. I'll put 20 down for AR Buckland unless anyone tells me differently. So these figures must be reasonably close. If anyone thinks any of the dates or figures are wrong let me know.

1) Sabre Defence - IMBEL FALS (2005-2008) - 20-30
2) Anglo Custom Rifles - L1A1's (2010-2011) - 40
3) Suffolk Rifles - L1A1's - (2012-2016) - 20-25
4) AR Buckland - L1A1's (2014-2016) - 20

So there's about 115 FAL/L1A1's out there. That's not many...

Buckland not sure as a lot were returned.

Anglo Custom Rifles made that amount that is a surprise, I have never seen one.

I meant re-manufactured FALs/L1A1's that hit the UK market in the last 10 years. Unless I'm mistaken, but I don't believe DSA ever sold a FAL in the UK and BSA would class as the original manufacturer. Thanks anyway Gents. :good:

Nice looking rifle with the blonde wood. Very different from the dark wood L1A1's.

I grabbed an Anglo back in 2011, wooded it up with the two slot and rack numbered stock. Added a suit l2a2 to it.
Still shoot it today, and it will go to the grave with me (if I can help it)
