Here's a quick video on ballistics ranging from 9mm through .50 cal...since the barrel is filled with water it will give you an idea what the hydrostatic shock value is of each bullet..this is safe to view

Loved the jumping barrel!

Quite intresing to see the barrel hop off the ground when being shot considering it will be quite heavy.The 338 and 50 were devestating though.

Someone was talking the other day about 'unsurvivable' rounds - I think those two would be pretty good contenders!

Many moons ago - late 80's perhaps, someone at our club had a US video - think it was called 'Deadly Weapons' - the whole thing was demonstrations like this against water jugs, car doors, all sorts if I remember rightly. Tried to get a copy of it recently but the search results were not quite what I had intended - seems to have been a p0rn video with the same name at some point! If anyone knows where I might get a copy (of the firearms vid, not the p0rn one!) I'd be grateful.

The only one missing that they should have had was 12 SLUG, and maybe 000 Buck. Makes a nonsense of all those movies where they take cover behind car doors, bamboo curtains and bar room tables :lol: :lol: :lol:
