I think the furthest north is Diggle near Oldham

To be fair few clubs do down here, Diggle is one of the few and is up north.
We tend to generally book a lane and operate the targets ourselves or just practice on reduced targets for positional.
It is getting more widespread so you never know

Someone was/is running matches or similar Cow's at Black dog. The wife and I are looking at going up later in the year.
I'm away at the moment and don't have access to my contacts but Maggot may be able to find the link/member over on the csr forum.

Cawdor RGC hosts an annual Charity Shoot which incorporates elements of CSR/Service Rifle.
