I visited those tunnels back in the 90's when they were first opened to the public. My ex went to the Duke of York school and used to get in there with his mates.

Bobbob,
You just knew I was going to ask this, any pictures from your visit?

Spent many hours at Dover Castle and in the tunnels. An outstanding day out. Made all the more poignant for my lad as my grandfather and great uncle were both with the BEF and evacuated from Dunkirk. My mother was born after the war, and had the "little ships" not succeeded, he wouldn't be here today.....

Probably but they would be stored away in the roofspace of the garage somewhere. More than my life is worth to dig them out any time soon
Always being told I have too many pictures and that's just the ones on the computer.

Sort of.I shoot on a farm which was a WW2 airfield and its littered with bunkers, pillboxes etc,but gotta be careful cos often they're always flooded.
The main problem with locating others is access because the land was given back to the farmers decades ago and very often they dont want people stomping across their fields.
