I quite like the Helikon SFU's for work, decent price, strong and very good deep pockets.

5.11 trousers are great. I use them for work, shooting and general use and they last a lot longer than other 'work' trousers I have tried.
Pockets in the right places as well.

Agreed - been pleased with my 5.11 TacLite Pro trousers. Durable but lightweight and unrestrictive, and don't look
too 'tacticool'.

5.11 Stryke are really good, plenty of stretch for movement, double knees, hidden mag pockets, pockets everywhere really, but not really obvious. In waist sizes and leg lengths.
The 5.11 covert troos if have to do a smart casual thing, but still want thigh pockets and storage. The thigh pockets use hidden zips in the side seams.

These are brillant, very hard wearing and don't cost a fortune.

Single skin knees though. For actual work style combats I use Dickies or Helly Hanson and Aldi do some cracking work troos with apron pockets and cordura double skin knees for about £19 that are great for summer.

I'm afraid I would have to disagree on the Helicon pants. The crotch stitching is shocking. Mine split. As soon as I knelt to shoot.
On the other hand the 5.11 trousers are great.
