This weekend: http://www.fieldandcountryfair.com/
I bought 2 discounted tickets on a whim a few months back.
I'm in the market for a shotgun - so gunmakers row sounds interesting. My good lady wife might enjoy some clothes shopping, food etc.
Anyone been before? Is it big enough to warrant more than an afternoon (we might make a weekend of it and have a night at a hotel)? Will there be bargains, or just retail stalls?
Any info appreciated

Re: Field and Country Fair, Oxford
Nobody will have been to this one before daman because it's one of the new fairs that's poped up to replace the CLA. The organisers promise that it will be strictly country related and not one of the general markets selling tat that many of the game fairs have become,. We shall wait and see.
I'm going to give it a try as I just fancy a nice day out in a lovely part of the country that's not too far to travel. Also as you say the tickets were reasonable when purchased over the internet on the bank holiday (£8 saving).
