Editable Form 201V

Do we have anyone on the forum that can create an editable version of the new Firearms forms 201 and 201V please,it would be so much easier to just hit a button and print a niclely completed form as opposed to filling it in long hand.

I just used the .pdf on the Met Police site, opened in Adobe READER, added my details and saved. Then printed and sent off ... what problem were you seeing?

The first form I found could not be edited however I did find one in the end.

Theres a few free editors out there Ovenpaa. I downloaded one (wondershare pdf element) and filled in my FAC form with it for that professional look

Then just printed it off and posted. Saves all the doubt at plods end if your writings a bit squiffy

Given my dislike everything IT related it was much easier to see if something could be made available, as opposed to installing something on my machine. I am dreading the day this one falls over and I have to upgrade and start again with everything.

The Met Police site is where I get my forms - much to the displeasure of Durham Police!

I phone them up and get them to send me paper copies out.

Far easier to fill in than faffing about with bloody computers.
