Hatsan issue

Bought a new hatsan escort magnum on sat .. Big issue
Put a round in the chamber and 2 in the mag .. It fires the round in the chamber but the slide holds back and doesn't re-load ., release the slide and when you pull the trigger again it fires both of the cartridges on after the other with one trigger pull !!
It's going back tomorrow!
Using 2 3/4 inch 32gm pigeon ammo

There are Turk companies that even makes benell, hk mp5 and even 1911 copies !
