The Biathlon world championship is currently taking place in Oslo. France's wonderboy, Martin Fourcade, has already won 3 titles (including a mixed relay)

An other Gold medal for France thanks to Marie Dorin-Habert. Amazingly, an other French girl, Anais Bescon, takes silver with nearly 1 minute ahead of her third rival

The Biathlon World Championships is now over & France arrived 1st with 11 medals beating Norway (9) and Germany (7)
Wahoooooo ... what a result !! The best ever ...
To be noted that the Norwegian Ole Bjorndalen still managed to bag 4 medals including a gold at the age of 42 ...
Sadly, I bet the vast majority of French people have not got a clue about it but of course they would know every single players of the national embarassement that is the French football team

Excellent result for France, very well done indeed. I have nothing but respect for the Biathlon athletes regardless of country.

Indeed OvenPaa, considering how brutal is nordic sking, the performances of those guys & girls never cease to amaze me . Well done indeed to all of them.
