Hidden members

Seems there are often a number of members who are "hidden", meaning they don't want folks to know they are around. Why?

Maybe they don't want people to know they're at the computer (and therefore at home or away from 'real work') so they won't get the pesky phone calls

I tried using the 'hidden' tick box once.... The other half still saw me grabbing a crafty ciggy...
