Friendly ranges and clubs in Cornwall?

Hi all, this is one of those 'I've got a friend who' questions.......
Anyway, I've got a friend who will be moving to St Austell soon and is looking for somewhere to shoot, mainly full bore but the emphasis is really on finding a local and friendly club (we've all been to clubs where it goes quiet like the American werewolf in London pub scene when you walk in
)
Anyone know or shoot at such a place? (A good one that is
)
