I've just read on EnglishShooting's Facebook page that Mike Jakes of Icon Arms was killed in a motorbike accident at the weekend.
I thought that members here would want to know.
RIP :(

Awful news.

I wonder if there's anyone to carry on his work?

I was thinking more of a current partner in the business, rather than someone new. And FIFY.

I hope someone has the courage to try and take the projects Mike was working on forward, including the Sig. I would expect that the amount of time Mike spend developing the Sig and other projects he would not want to see these disappear. I would hope if someone does take his work forward it will also benefit his family.

The best to honor a person's work is to continue it as best as could be done.
