AKM pattern rifle, the strange looking sight is a red-dot/laser combo called "VILMA" (Visor Lumínico para Matar Agresores),translation: Light Optic to Killl Aggressors and the suppressor is either a Russian PBS or a copy of.

Regarding the VILMA red-dot......a cheap Chinese airsoft Aimpoint or Eotech copy would be better!.Even better would be a Russian Kobra, PK-a or similiar.

7.62x54r Alejandro sniper rifle and Soviet Era 1pn58 night vision scope, the 1pn58 was widely used in Afghanistan in the 80s and Chechnya in the early 90s and is the Gen1+ successor to the Gen1 1pn34 with a slightly smaller and lighter redesigned body, upgraded electronics and a redesigned image tube amongst other mods I won't bore you with.

I have owned both a 1pn34 (which I still have) and a 1pn58 and image quality is about the same (very good for Gen1/Gen1+) but there is a reduction in "fish-eye" effect around the edges of the image with the 1pn58.Both are passive NV so no additional IR illumination is required, just a star and/or moonlit night will suffice.

Got to be an improvement over the Yanks, how many times does a MSF doctor have to tell a US SF operative that the Spectre Gunship is strafing a hospital before a radio message calls it off???. :p

We would fire one arty round at the Cuban positions, and their comms would direct our fire for us.
"Hey guys I got artillery landing 200 metres to the right of my position!"
The G5s would shoot until their comms ceased.
